A managed NoSQL key-value / document database. Single-digit millisecond reads, effectively unlimited scale, no schema to migrate. The catch: your access patterns dictate your table design, and reversing single-table design later is expensive. Great fit for high-scale simple queries; wrong fit for ad-hoc reporting or complex joins.
